Where to Measure

Women

  1. Bust: Measure around shoulders blades, under arms to the fullest part of the bust.  Note "Bust" does not mean bra size.

  2. Waist: Stand in a relaxed position and measure around the narrowest part of the natural waistline.

  3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part, normally about 7 inches below natural waistline.

Men

  1. Neck: Measure around the middle of the neck.  Tape should be snug but not tight.

  2. Chest: Measure around the fullest part, around shoulder blades.  Tape should be snug but not tight.

  3. Waist: Stand relaxed and measure natural waistline.
